Just returned from another excellent stay at this lovely villa. Great location and has everything you need, Owners very helpful and prompt with correspondence. Would highly recommend for a comfortable, quiet and enjoyable vacation.
*Superb villa
This was our 3rd stay in this villa. We keep coming back as it’s in a great location and it’s a beautifully maintained home. It’s been 6 years since we last stayed and there has been plenty of upgrades since then, the garage games rooms is a great addition. The pictures don’t do this home justice and it is clearly a well loved home, it’s has everything you need for a home from home stay there was literally nothing it didn’t have that we needed. The local area has been developed lots over the years with plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. As per previous stays, the communication with the owners was great, even whilst we were there and wanted to add pool heat, this was dealt with really quickly. It really is a lovely homely villa. I miss the pool, and the huge master bed (it’s massive!) and the super singing washer and dryer. Until the next stay …..
*Fantastic villa
Just returned home from our stay here and had a fantastic time. We love the location and the south facing pool deck. The villa is clean and well maintained and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owners were very helpful and made the process very easy. We would definitely return.
*Great villa
Great villa exceptionally clean and well maintained. Lovely large pool and lanai. Management quick to attend any problems. New Publix supermarket very close to villa on Highway 27 and also Chinese takeaway. Would not hesitate to stay again did not want to leave. Would recommend.
*Relaxing Getaway
From the moment we arrived at the villa it felt like home, in fact it didn’t feel like a rental villa at all. The villa had everything we needed, and although it is in a peaceful location, it has easy access to both the I4 and Highway 27 so getting anywhere was straightforward. As mentioned in previous reviews the villa is so close to amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants. We stayed for four weeks, and wish it could have been longer, as we enjoyed escaping from the world in our “little bubble”. When we plan to return to Florida in the future, we would certainly be looking to rent the villa again. From the time that we booked the villa, to the time that our holiday ended, Steve was brilliant with his communication, and support, making the whole process stress free.
